Our return policy covers both new and preowned product.
Preowned product is defined as an item purchased new and later sold back to us. This includes both original sealed and opened product. Some model kits may have been started by a modeler – if that’s the case we will include in the description the extent of the work performed.
All opened items purchased are checked for missing items but to error is human, if we have made a mistake, we will correct it by accepting a return of the item at our cost (Payment for shipping costs will be made by issuing a gift certificate.).

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged in shipping or we made an error in filling your order.

We will try to process your email within seven business days and if approved we will issue a return material number that is required on the package when you send it back to us. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect or error in filling your order. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
